A delicious 100% vegetable recipe that has won me over in my time as a vegetarian.
Tempeh is a great protein substitute and it tastes good!
In this recipe it is marinated in red turnip and fried into crispy morsels. Served with pak-choi, avocado mousse, paprika and baked cherry tomatoes.
