A dish with Tuscan flavours!

The egg noodles are homemade, with spelt flour to offer a tastier and more intense flavour.

I like to roll out the fresh pasta directly in the customer’s kitchen for priceless taste, texture and satisfaction.

They are served with a beef tartar seasoned with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, herbs from our territory, a rustic broccoli cream and sautéed turnip greens.
