
PORCINI MUSHROOMS PAPPARDELLE
A great classic of Tuscan cuisine!
Pappardelle (or tagliatelle) are a homemade egg pasta made with spelt flour.
They are served on a cream of seasonal truffles and porcini mushrooms flavoured with catmint.
The dish is completed with porcini fillets browned on top.
