OCTOPUS POTATO DUMPLINGS
I love octopus so much for its lightness and intensity of flavour!
If you love the scent of orange, this dish will surprise you: the white potato dumplings are mixed with orange peel, steamed and then browned. Steaming provides a very even, healthy and tasty cooking.
They are served with octopus cooked at a low temperature, its sauce, asparagus tips, a vegetable sour cream and orange caviar.
