The pleasant luxury to hire a personal chef at home

1 - Contact the chef and pick the menu you like the most!

Fill in the form and chef Giacomo Petri will send you a menu proposal with different options. In order to offer you an excellent experience, we use low temperature cooking and some recipes are prepared for 2 days before being completed in your kitchen. We suggest you book the service a few days in advance. The cost is from 90€ per person. 

2 - We will be taking care of everything.

The price service includes:

  • Purchase selected raw materials
  • Recipes cooking service at your home
  • Informal service table
  • Kitchen clean up

It will be our concern to suggest the best wine pairings, which can be purchased from our private wine cellar. All you have to do is welcome your guests to relax and have fun, we’ll take care of the rest!
You can also request extra services such as sommelier, musicians, artistic set table, waiter at the table or an aperitif with excellent champagne.

3 - We are ready for your dinner party!

On the day of the service, the Chef and his staff will arrive on site 3 hours before the event with everything necessary to prepare the recipes. The Chef will present the dishes with a brief comment on the recipe. Finally we will clean and leave your kitchen tidy.

We choose only wild fish to enhance the best organoleptic quality possible. By avoiding farmed fish products as much as possible, we guarantee a product free of hormones and antibiotics.

WOW WOW WOW! We used the Happy Jack team for my sisters 30th birthday meal when we were visiting Florence from London and New York. There were ALOT of us, different shapes and sizes including many children. The team arrived early, fully prepared and made us a divine 4 course meal. Ho chiamato Giacomo per festeggiare il mio anniversario di matrimonio.Giacomo ci ha regalato una serata speciale all'altezza di un ristorante stellato ma con l'intimità di casa. Cibo buono,ricercato nella sua semplicità.Abbiamo iniziato con un uovo in camicia con scaglie di tartufo poggiato su asparagi croccanti..sublime.Proseguito con un secondo antipasto di baccalà mantecato poggiato su una base di farinata di ceci...spettacolo.Poi spaghetti di farro con pesto di pistacchio e vongole.un abbinamento originale e leggero..strepitosi..burgher di salome sevaggio all'orientale con ginger e lemon grass..e infine concluso con la torta happy jack al cacao e mandorle ..assolutamente da consigliare.Abbiamo apprezzato la sua competenza la sua professionalità,il suo modo di cucinare e la mise en place.Grazie Giacomo.
