The pleasant luxury to hire a personal chef at home
1 - Contact the chef and pick the menu you like the most!
Fill in the form and chef Giacomo Petri will send you a menu proposal with different options. In order to offer you an excellent experience, we use low temperature cooking and some recipes are prepared for 2 days before being completed in your kitchen. We suggest you book the service a few days in advance. The charge of the service varies depending on the number of people and the number of courses. From €90 per person.
Request a proposal, Chef Petri will get right back to you as soon as possible.
2 - We will be taking care of everything.
The price service includes:
- Purchase selected raw materials
- Recipes cooking service at your home
- Kitchen clean up
It will be our concern to suggest the best wine pairings, which can be purchased from our private wine cellar. All you have to do is welcome your guests to relax and have fun, we’ll take care of the rest!
You can also request extra services such as sommelier, musicians, artistic set table, waiter at the table or an aperitif with excellent champagne.
3 - We are ready for your dinner party!
On the day of the service, the Chef and his staff will arrive on site 3 hours before the event with everything necessary to prepare the recipes. The Chef will present the dishes with a brief comment on the recipe. Finally we will clean and leave your kitchen tidy.

Our sommelier is available to suggest the best wine/menu combination, to complete your dinner, with attention to every detail. The great love for champagne, led us to the French territory to select small little known vigneron, located on the most coveted hills, Premier Cru and Grand Cru, which produce exceptional wines, unobtainable in large distribution, with an excellent quality/price level. Wild and caught fish, quality and health from our the sea
To enhance the best possible organoleptic and health qualities, we choose only wild and caught fish. We guarantee you as much as possible products free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones from intensive fish farms. We like to cook fish, playing with various traditions and flavours from all over the world. Enjoy the “Wild Salmon confit nuggets” vacuum cooking at low temperature; they are a tribute to the passion for cooking that characterizes us more than anything else.

We have a passion for a balanced and tasty cuisine, where the raw material is the protagonist. Take for example our beef, which comes from Grass-Fed certified farms, where the animals always live free in the pasture and eat only grass. Real meat, very tasty and low in fat, a real rarity. Here, meat is all about health and taste! Incredible, isn’t it? We also love setting up awesome BBQ in your backyard! Not to mention the Sous Vide Egg stuffed with truffle on parmesan mousse, a recipe created by Chef Petri; a delight not to be missed!
