How the service works

1 – Send e request and meet the chef

Fill in the form or send us an e-mail to tell us a bit about the event you want to organise.

The chef will reply to you with all the relevant information and at this stage we will be able to see all the details of the service together.
Whether it is an intimate dinner, a wedding or a full-time service at the villa, we will carefully analyse all your needs.

A deposit will be required to confirm a booking and secure the date.

Rates vary depending on the type of service, number of courses and number of diners. Ask for an accurate quote.

2 – The chef will take care of everything

Once the service has been confirmed we will take care of organising the event.

Our service fee always includes
– Purchasing raw materials
– Production of recipes on site
– Kitchen cleaning

The cost of wine is calculated separately

Extra services on request:
– Waiter
– Sommelier
– Mise en place
– Floral decorations

3 – Everything is ready for your party

You decide on the starting time for dinner, the chef will arrive at your place about 3 hours in advance with everything you need to prepare the dinner menu.

The chef expects to find a kitchen with basic equipment such as a cooker, oven, worktop, a pot for boiling water or other simple items.

Specific technical and professional equipment will be brought by the chef.

Happy Jack’s service is in great demand in Tuscany. Advance booking is recommended.

How to book

To request availability for a date and receive all relevant information, fill in the form with your details specifying the date of the event, the number of participants and the location where the service is required.
The Chef will reply to you as soon as possible.
