Chef Giacomo hosted several dinners and a fantastic pizza party at our Villa Podere Del Grasso, and our guests were thrilled! The authentic Tuscan dishes made each evening special. Overall, our experience was wonderful! Communication with Giacomo prior to our dinner was excellent. He's very organized and clearly outlined all food and pricing options, which made it very easy for us to finalize the reservation and select our menu. He also provided good and fair menu options for our children. As for the dinner itself, we decided to go with the pizza party, and absolutely loved the pizzas Giacomo prepared for us. We had a nice variety of flavors and there was plenty of food to go around. The wine he brought us was excellent as well. Giacomo and his support server were friendly, attentive, and professional. All in all, it made for an incredible experience, and I'm really happy we decided to go with Happy Jack for our family dinner on our first night at our Tuscany villa.

Our extended family just spent a week at a spectacular villa in Tuscany. The icing on the cake was the three nights we shared with Giacomo and his wife Sara. Professional and charming, they served plate after plate of locally-sourced gourmet fare, accompanied by curated wine pairings. The meals were spectacular to gaze upon and eat. As a bonus, Chef Giacomo conducted a cooking class one evening. We made fresh pasta carbonara (we all agreed, the best we've ever had), tortellini and amaretti (yum!). I can't recommend Chef Giacomo enough.

Our experience with chef Giacomo and his staff Super exceeded our wildest expectations of what we planned. I reserved his service for our family vacation in Tuscany which was for 9 adults and two children (4 & 5yrs). We had created two days of fresco lunch & dinner and arranged a pasta making (tortellini & tagliatelle) class for half of our family members, which was a very big highlight of our experience! The pasta came out Amazing!Our lunch and dinner menu was selected from a few custom menus chef Giacomo offered based on the available season ingredients. We selected a 3 course lunch and dinner menu, which chef Giacomo creating a perfect wine pairing for each course served, highly recommend this! The visual elegance of each prepared dish was exceeded by the freshness and mind blowing flavors chef Giacomo mastered the combination of each ingredient. This unbelievable experience was repeated for three lunch courses, three dinner courses and continued again the next day! Chef Giacomo shared his master class of the culinary experience, culinary creativeness & Michelin star quality dishes with our family for two full days! Our experience will forever be remembered, recommended to all and look forward to future experience when we return to Tuscany in 2025!Thank You Chef Giacomo! 🥂

WOW WOW WOW! We used the Happy Jack team for my sisters 30th birthday meal when we were visiting Florence from London and New York. There were ALOT of us, different shapes and sizes including many children. The team arrived early, fully prepared and made us a divine 4 course meal. The food was amazing, beautiful pasta and seafood and a bespoke birthday tirimisu ! Incredibly professional and I would highly recommend!!!

Ho chiamato Giacomo per festeggiare il mio anniversario di matrimonio.Giacomo ci ha regalato una serata speciale all'altezza di un ristorante stellato ma con l'intimità di casa. Cibo buono,ricercato nella sua semplicità.Abbiamo iniziato con un uovo in camicia con scaglie di tartufo poggiato su asparagi croccanti..sublime.Proseguito con un secondo antipasto di baccalà mantecato poggiato su una base di farinata di ceci...spettacolo.Poi spaghetti di farro con pesto di pistacchio e vongole.un abbinamento originale e leggero..strepitosi..burgher di salome sevaggio all'orientale con ginger e lemon grass..e infine concluso con la torta happy jack al cacao e mandorle ..assolutamente da consigliare.Abbiamo apprezzato la sua competenza la sua professionalità,il suo modo di cucinare e la mise en place.Grazie Giacomo.
