About Us

The Happy Jack Chef project was born from the love for cooking of chef Giacomo Petri, who has always been a foodie and has been starting this new business since 2016. The chef, when there was still no talk of private chefs in Italy, had the intuition to start this new business in Tuscany to offer a professional service in everyone’s homes. Memorable years of great successes in customer satisfaction followed, and today the enthusiasm of the chef and his team is growing!

The soul of the project has as its foundation Giacomo’s culture on natural and tasty cuisine, thus creating a unique style: high-level recipes using high quality methods and raw materials to offer diners a rich and tasty dinner, well-designed with refined arrangements, but at the same time healthy!

The recipes proposed by the chef, are an expression of the great Italian and Tuscan classics, family recipes passed down from generation to generation, revised and improved for a refined and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The modern era has brought new technologies to professional kitchens, just think of low-temperature vacuum cooking, used by chefs to create fantastic dishes for the ultimate enjoyment of the palate.

A private service offered to demanding clients and lovers of good food. Without looking at the size of the event to be served, the chef enjoys cooking for both intimate dinners and large events such as weddings or special occasions. A love of cooking offered to all foodies!

What does Happy Jack Chef offer that is so special?
Take for example the beef used, which comes from Grass-Fed certified farms, where the animals always live free on pasture and eat only grass. Real meat, very tasty and low in fat, a true rarity to savor the depth of flavor and feel of summer pasture! A natural and tasty fine cuisine! Amazing, isn’t it?
Seafood also gets a lot of attention in Giacomo’s cuisine, and Tuscany has no shortage of seafood traditions. With an archipelago of beautiful islands, Tuscany offers delicious fresh seafood always available on the menus offered!

Sara also is an excellent yoga teacher and Giacomo a passionate skipper, and together they share a love of the sea and adventure!
