CHIANTI’S BEEF BRAISED

A classic Tuscan recipe is braised beef cooked in Chianti Riserva wine!

The shoulder of beef is cooked in the cast-iron pan for a long time to make the meat very tender and tasty.

It is served with its own rosemary, thyme and sage sauce. Finally, mashed white potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
