1 - Contact the Chef and pick the menu you like the most!
Fill in the request and the Chef will send you a proposal with different seasonal options to compose your favourite menu.
To offer you the best experience, many of our preparations are made at low temperature and require a 48h cooking time before being served at your table. We suggest you book the service a few days in advance.
The cost of the service varies depending on the number of people and the number of courses. Starting from 60€ per person.
2 - We will be taking care of everything.
The price includes:
- Purchase raw materials
- Recipes cooking service at your home
- Informal service table
- Kitchen clean up
We will also suggest the best wine pairing, which can be purchased directly from our private wine cellar.
3 - We are ready for your dinner party!
Our staff will arrive with everything you need 3 hours in advance to make the menu. The Chef will present the dishes at the table during dinner.
Extra services are also available to make your event even more special, such as the waiter at the table, the sommelier, the musicians, the artistic set table or an aperitif with an excellent champagne.

To create your perfect tailor-made dinner our sommelier is available to advise you on the best wine / menu combination. The great passion we have for champagne has allowed us to travel to find and select direct growers and producers, small vigneron positioned on the most coveted hills, Premier Cru and Grand Cru, wines unobtainable in large distribution.
Our private wine cellar is completed with labels from the grand sip, from natural whites to the most famous super Tuscans such as Tignanello or Solaia, important wines that are the DNA of our country.

Delicious fish menu, quality and health from the sea
By avoiding farmed fish products as much as possible, we guarantee a product free of antibiotics and synthetic hormones. We only choose wild or locally caught fish, simply because it is tastier and healthier!
We like to cook fish, playing with the various traditions and flavours from all over the world, but above all we love the classic Tuscan recipes that come from the tradition of our archipelago of islands and handed down from local fishermen to our kitchen!
What do we have so exclusive and special for you?
We have a passion for a balanced and tasty cuisine, where the raw material is the protagonist. Take for example our beef, which comes from Grass-Fed certified farms, where the animals always live free in the pasture and eat only grass. Real meat, very tasty and low in fat, a real rarity.
In our kitchen, meat is all about health and taste! Incredible, isn’t it? Not to mention the Sous Vide Egg stuffed with truffle on parmesan mousse, a recipe created by Chef Petri; a delight not to be missed!

In addition to the Florentine steak, try the delicious Tuscan Livorno-style codfish! We also love setting up awesome BBQs in your backyard! All this while tasting an excellent wine from the lands of Siena, Chianti and Montalcino Area, the best wines of Tuscany!
